Victory at the composite Bridge Competition – SAMPE France, Toulouse

In recent years, SAMPE “Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering” France has organized a competition that consists of testing several composite bridges for flexibility at four points and awarded a prize to the winner with the highest specific resistance. The bridges are made by the schools and universities using the same high performance composite materials as those used in the aerospace industry.

This year, 11 teams took part in the competition. Composites Busch is a partner and sponsor of the Paul Sabatier University of Toulouse. We made the critical composite parts for its two bridges in the competition. Our team won and even broke the previous record with a score of 64.2N / g.

Congratulations to the whole team!
