ROCH. Four letters, standing for “Réussir notre Objectif Collectif et Humain” (achieving our collective and human goals), that illustrate a strong, practical ambition within Composites Busch: to advance and develop the company around human, participatory, sustainable values. Initiated in October 2019, this global concept has since been put into practice at various levels of the company, including several internal training courses focusing on four main themes:
– healthy and constructive communication between employees and their departments,
– appropriate, evolving working conditions,
– humane management practices,
– a desire to promote autonomy and collaboration.
Within the company, we have given our committed volunteer employees the opportunity to form a “team building” group to continue developing team spirit and cohesion by organising staff events and activities.and
