Terms of Use

Composites Busch provides its content on www.compositesbusch.ch and any sub-sites subject to the following terms and conditions (“T&C”). By accessing and using this website, you agree to these T&C. All content and functionality on this website, including text, graphics, icons, logos and images, is the exclusive property of Composites Busch or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. We may provide links to third party websites, for which Composites Busch has no responsibility. Third-party websites are governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, if any, of the applicable third-party content providers. We cannot control and are not responsible for the information collection and privacy practices of such third-party websites.

Privacy Policy

Composites Busch is committed to protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information that is collected from you while using this website or any Composites Busch sub-site. By using this website and submitting personal data, you agree to our use of such data in accordance with the following privacy policy.

Data Collection and Use of IP Addresses

By filling in the contact form, you provide personal information to Composites Busch: information, such as name, title, company address, email address, and telephone numbers. This personal information will only be used by Composites Busch and its subsidiaries to contact you and provide you with the required information.

If we receive an IP address from your computer, we will use this address to identify the country of origin of the IP address. If your computer provides the information, we use the language setting of your browser to provide you with the content of our website in the same language (if available) on the assumption that it is your preferred language.

We also analyze the usage of each page (click rate and sequence) to get an idea of interest in the content we provide and to be able to continually improve our website in terms of content and performance. By doing this we have no interest in, and do not trace, usage back to individual IP addresses. We only use accumulated data based on usage data provided by all site users.

Analysis Tools Used

Composites Busch uses the software Google Analytics and Google Adwords Conversion Tracking.

1) Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies, text files stored on your computer to enable analysis of website usage by you. Information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. Only in exceptional cases, which are not within our power, is a full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. Google Analytics uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports about website activities, and provide us with further services related to website and internet usage. The IP address sent from your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data by Google. You can prevent storage of cookies by appropriately setting your browser software. In addition, you can prevent data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being collected and processed by Google by downloading and installing a browser plug-in from the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Further information concerning the terms and conditions of use and data privacy can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/gb.html.

Furthermore, we use Google Analytics for statistical purposes in order to evaluate data from AdWords. Should you not want this, it can be deactivated using the Preference Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=en).

2) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

This website utilizes Google Conversion Tracking. The conversion-tracking cookie is set on the user’s browser by Google Adwords if you click on an ad delivered by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days. They are not used to acquire personal identification data. If the user visits a certain page on this website and if the cookie has not yet expired, Google and Composites Busch will be able to tell that the user clicked on the ad and was forwarded to this page. Each Google AdWords client gets a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked via the website of AdWords clients. The information collected by the conversion cookies is used to provide aggregate conversion statistics to AdWord clients who have opted-in for conversion tracking. AdWords clients are informed of the total number of users who clicked on the ad and were forwarded to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not get any information that enables them to identify users personally. If you do not want to participate in the tracking program, you can refuse the use of this program by simply deactivating the google conversion-tracking cookie via your internet browser through the user settings. You can also deactivate cookies for Conversion Tracking by setting your browser so that cookies are blocked from “googleadservices.com”.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Composites Busch will not intentionally disclose (and will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent the accidental disclosure of) your personal information to third parties (i.e. persons or entities that are not affiliates of Busch), whether for such third parties’ marketing purposes or otherwise, unless required by law.

Transborder hosting and transfer of information

Personal information collected on this website may be transferred to any of the worldwide Busch offices, including offices located outside the European Union (EU). The website may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including in countries (such as the United States) that may not have laws regulating the use and transfer of personally-identifiable data. By using this website and submitting such information on it, you voluntarily consent to such trans-border transfer and hosting of such information.
