The first pages in the industrial history of Composites Busch were written more than thirty years ago thanks to a major technological breakthrough of the time. A series of composite vanes, produced for and used in Busch Group vacuum pumps, paved the way for today’s developments, which are possible thanks to industrial blends of fibrous polymer materials.
Since the prototypes of the first composite vanes, which are still being produced for the Busch Group, the industrial history of our workshops has continued to progress and evolve. Products born from our combined skills, creativity and technology have toured the world, both literally and figuratively, thanks to our constant desire to create and compose new solutions.
Stability and High Performance
Creating a composite material, by combining two or more elements that are not physically or chemically predisposed to come together, has something magical about it. As do the properties of this new material: stronger, lighter, more efficient, more stable… There is no shortage of adjectives to define the options offered by the new combination. But for the magic to work, manufacturing processes have to be designed to serve the project, and technology has to move the boundaries of matter to transform composite materials into solutions, regardless of your industrial field.
